Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I never ask for passwords. You'll add me as an authorized collaborator using Shopify's built-in staff access method. I log in with my own email. Your password stays private.
What do I need to provide?
Product information (names, descriptions, prices), product images, your logo and brand colors, and any store policies you want included. If you don't have policies, I can create basic templates for you.
Do you write the product descriptions?
Yes. I write product titles and descriptions based on the product information you provide. Descriptions use clear information and basic SEO best practices like appropriate keywords and alt text.
What if I want to make changes after delivery
Your store is yours to edit. I'll provide instructions on how to add products, edit pages, and make basic changes yourself. You can also order additional setup if you want me to help with more changes.
Can you add apps, automations, email marketing, or custom code?
No. Those are outside this gig's scope. This gig covers basic Shopify setup using Shopify's standard built-in tools. Custom development and advanced integrations require specialists.
How long does this take?
BASIC: 7 days | STANDARD: 10 days | PREMIUM: 14 days. Delivery depends on you providing information and materials promptly. I'll communicate throughout the process.
Do you guarantee sales or results?
No. I set up your store professionally, but sales depend on your products, pricing, customer service, and marketing. A properly set up store is the foundation—you'll need to market it to drive sales.
Will you help after the store is delivered?
BASIC and STANDARD include support through Fiverr messages for 7 days after delivery. PREMIUM includes 7 days of support. I can answer questions about using Shopify. For major changes, those would be new projects.
