I use AI to help with research and first drafts because it saves time, which keeps my prices fair. After that I rewrite, edit and fact-check every post myself, and nothing goes live without my review.
Could an update break my site?
It can happen on any site, which is why I take a full backup before every update and test afterward. If something breaks, I restore it and work out what caused it.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website link and temporary admin access. I can help you set up a separate admin account for me, and you can delete it whenever you like.
What does the AI chatbot do?
It's a small chat box on your site that answers common visitor questions using your own content, so people get quick answers even when you're offline. It comes with the Premium plan.
Do you work on WooCommerce stores?
Yes, in the Premium plan. Message me first if your store is large or has lots of custom plugins, so I can check it before you order.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
You can add extra hours as a gig extra, or move up to a bigger plan. I'll tell you if I think you're heading that way.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the next monthly cycle starts. I'll send you a short note of what was set up so you're never stuck
