I will create a construction material inventory tracker in excel
About this Gig
Stock records spread across notes can make balances hard to follow and low supplies easy to miss. I will organize your supplied data in one editable Excel inventory workbook with material names, units, opening, received, used and closing quantities. Simple formulas calculate balances and flag low stock against your minimums; an instructions sheet is included.
Basic: $15 | 3 days | 1 XLSX workbook | 1 project | up to 25 materials and 100 supplied transaction rows | 1 correction revision.
To start, send item names, units, opening quantities, received/used records and your low-stock minimums. One revision corrects the agreed work; it does not add a new project or work beyond these limits.
This is buyer-provided-data organization only. No sourcing, supplier/carrier contact, purchasing, delivery arrangements or ongoing inventory management. No engineering, quantity surveying, takeoffs, estimates, physical stock checks or data verification. No macros or external connections.

FAQ
What does the Basic package include?
Basic is $15 with 3-day delivery and 1 revision. You receive 1 editable XLSX workbook for 1 project, covering up to 25 materials and 100 supplied transaction rows. It includes stock balances, low-stock flags using your minimums and a short instructions sheet.
What information do I need to provide?
Send your material list, consistent units, opening quantities, received/used transaction records and any low-stock minimums. Please confirm missing or unclear details. I organize the data you supply; I do not invent quantities or verify physical stock.
How are materials and transaction rows counted?
Each distinct material item counts toward the 25-material limit. Each supplied received/used transaction record counts as 1 row toward the 100-row total for the project, not 100 rows per material. Please keep units consistent for each material.
How are low-stock limits chosen?
You provide or approve the minimum quantity for each material. The workbook flags stock against those minimums using your supplied quantities. I do not choose engineering thresholds, physically count stock or independently verify your records.
What does the one revision cover?
One revision covers corrections within the agreed workbook scope. A new project, extra work beyond 25 materials or 100 transaction rows, ongoing data entry, or additional functionality is not included as a correction revision.
Do you source materials, contact suppliers or use macros?
No. This is spreadsheet organization only. It excludes sourcing, supplier/carrier contact, purchasing, delivery arrangements, ongoing inventory management and physical stock checks. No engineering, takeoffs, estimates, macros or external connections are included.
