Do you need access to my live server?
I prefer a staging instance. If you only have production, I take a backup first and agree a rollback plan before touching anything.
Do you work with Community or Enterprise?
Both, Odoo 15 through 19.
What counts as one issue?
One error or one specific behaviour that isn't working. If your problem turns out to be three separate bugs, I'll tell you before starting rather than after.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I'll tell you before you order. Send me the error first and I'll confirm within a few hours whether it's something I can solve and what it'll take. I'd rather turn down work than take on something I can't deliver properly.
