I have hands on experience in mould making and plastic injection moulding industry. A proper design of injection mould is required to achieve less cycle time and extended lifetime of mould. I can provide injection mould designs with technical drawings for manufacturing.

I will provide proper development of :

- Advance parting line selection and core/cavity

- Injection runner system and gating

- Ejectors

- Venting

- Cooling

You will get:

- Complete 3D model of the injection mould and parts

- 3D part files for each part and manufacturing drawings

- Mould assembly drawing

- Continuous support until mould design is manufactured and commercialized

As injection mould design responsibility is long term, I will provide free service after completing the gig for trouble shooting.
