No — this gig includes architectural drawings only. Structural, MEP, and engineering plans are not provided.
Can you do multiple floors?
Yes! You can add an additional floor through the extra service. Each level is treated as a separate floor plan.
Can I get the editable source file (DWG)?
Source file is not included by default, but you can request them as a paid add-on.
What qualifies as a “revision”?
Revisions are for small changes only — like adjusting labels, door positions, or furniture layout. Major layout changes or redesigns require a custom quote.
My project is larger than 3,000 sqft — can you still help?
