This starter service covers ONE CSV with up to 100 data rows and 20 columns, using up to THREE specified cleaning rules.
Examples: trim unwanted spaces; standardise an agreed date or number format; remove duplicates using your chosen key; flag missing or invalid values.
You receive:
- The cleaned CSV
- An issue report with affected rows and reasons
- A summary of applied rules and row counts
Your original is preserved. Ambiguous values are flagged, not guessed. Identical-looking rows are removed only under your agreed duplicate rule.
Provide the file, column names, rules and a sample of the desired result. Please remove passwords and unnecessary personal or confidential information. Message me with a non-sensitive sample before ordering if the scope is unclear.

Will you fill in missing data?
Only when you provide a reliable source or an explicit rule that determines the value. Otherwise I flag it in the issue report; I do not invent missing facts.
Can you deliver Excel files or a reusable script?
This package delivers CSV and a concise report. Excel-specific work and reusable automation can be quoted separately after reviewing a non-sensitive sample.
What does a revision cover?
One correction round against the original agreed rules and input file. New datasets, extra rules or a changed output specification need a separate scope.
