Yes. Please contact me before ordering to discuss your bookkeeping needs, accounting software, number of business entities and bank or credit card accounts, approximate transaction volume, and the period requiring cleanup. What does bookkeeping cleanup include?
Bookkeeping cleanup may include transaction review and corrections, bank and credit card reconciliations, account reclassifications, discrepancy resolution, and general ledger adjustments. Services depend on the condition of your records and the scope of your selected package.
How are account and transaction limits calculated?
Account limits refer to the number of bank and credit card accounts included in the project. Transaction limits apply to the combined total across all included accounts for the entire engagement, not per account or per month. Additional accounts or transactions may require a custom offer.
Can you clean up several months or years of bookkeeping?
Yes. I can review and correct bookkeeping records from prior months or years. The scope depends on transaction volume, account complexity, and the condition of your records. Projects exceeding standard package limits may require a custom offer.
Can you provide bookkeeping cleanup for multiple business entities?
Yes. Each package includes one business entity. If your project involves multiple entities, please contact me before ordering so I can evaluate the additional requirements and provide a custom offer with appropriate pricing and delivery terms.

Yes. All packages include financial statements generated from your bookkeeping records following the agreed cleanup work. Statements reflect the records as they stand at completion, including any unresolved items, and do not constitute audited or reviewed financial statements.
Are consultations and project communications included?
Yes. Each package includes two consultation sessions: an initial discussion and a completion review. Communication throughout the project to exchange information, clarify questions, and provide updates is also included. Additional advisory consultations may require a separate fee.
Do you provide ongoing bookkeeping or tax preparation?
This Gig focuses on one-time bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up, reconciliations, and year-end readiness. Ongoing bookkeeping services are not included in these packages. Tax preparation and filing are not provided, although organized financial records can assist your tax professional.

Your financial information is treated with strict confidentiality and professional discretion. Documents and records are used solely for the agreed services, with access limited to what is necessary to complete the engagement. Secure methods are encouraged for sharing sensitive information.
