Can this system handle multiple room types and pricing?
Yes. The system supports multiple room categories (e.g. Standard, Deluxe, Suite) with individual pricing, photos, and availability. You can set different rates per room type and the admin dashboard lets you update pricing anytime without touching any code.
Will guests be able to pay online when booking?
Yes, online payment is included from the Standard package onwards. I integrate Razorpay for Indian properties or Stripe for international ones. You can also enable a 'Pay at Property' (cash on arrival) option alongside online payment — your choice.
Can I manage bookings from my phone?
The admin dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers — so yes, you can check reservations, confirm bookings, and update room status from your phone without any separate app. If you need a dedicated mobile app, I offer Flutter app development as a separate gig.
Do you support eZee or other third-party booking API integration?
Yes. I have experience with eZee Absolute API integration. This is included in the Premium package. If you're on a different PMS (property management system), message me with the API documentation and I'll confirm if it can be integrated within scope.
What if I run multiple properties or branches?
Multi-property support is available in the Premium package. Each property gets its own room listings, availability calendar, and booking pipeline — all managed from a single admin account. You can view bookings across all properties in one unified dashboard.
