Which phone number will the voice agent use?
You can use a number from Twilio, Vapi, or another provider. I will help you connect it. If you do not have a number yet, I can guide you on how to get one.
Can the voice agent book appointments in my calendar?
Yes. I can connect it to Google Calendar through n8n so it checks availability and books appointments during the call. Tell me your working hours and appointment duration in the order requirements.
Can I customize what the agent says and how it sounds?
Yes. I set up the greeting, business details, FAQs, booking flow, and voice based on your business, so it does not sound generic.
What languages does the voice agent support?
English works best. Other languages depend on the voice and speech models available in Vapi. Message me before ordering if you need a specific language, and I will confirm.
Are there extra costs besides your package price?
My price covers the setup only. Vapi usage (per-minute call costs), phone number, and any AI or calendar tools are billed separately by those platforms.
