Yes always.. Nowadays mobile phones usage more than the others and i try to be careful about testing moblie screens.

Yes i can launch the web site to your hosting, if you give me cpanel/plesk panel info.

Yes it is very easy. You can manage all part of your web site via WordPress CMS and elementor page builder.
