Which package is right for my project?
Basic is ideal for a concise 15-sec cinematic teaser. Standard delivers a complete 30-sec Full HD brand commercial with an option of voice-over. Premium adds Enhanced 2K delivery, product imagery, three revisions, and a curated visual asset pack.
Can my product, logo, and tagline be included?
Your logo and tagline can be thoughtfully placed at appropriate moments in the video. Direct integration of supplied product imagery, app interfaces, or screen recordings is included in Premium. Please contact me before ordering if you require this in Basic or Standard.
What does “one video orientation” mean?
Each package includes one chosen format: horizontal 16:9, vertical 9:16, or square 1:1. Since framing and visual-asset development are format-specific, additional orientation(s) must be requested before production begins and can be added through a custom offer.
What is considered a revision?
A revision covers reasonable refinements within the approved concept, such as text, timing, shot selection, colour treatment, voice-over placement, or audio balance. A new concept, rewritten brief or script, additional scenes, a changed product, or major redevelopment is considered new work.
What is included in the Premium visual asset pack?
The curated pack includes selected approved imagery, character visuals, sets, and environments used in the final commercial. It does not include rejected generations, experimental drafts, editable project files, or every raw production asset.
Are 'Curated prompt notes' included in the Premium visual asset pack?
Curated prompt notes for the approved final visuals are available upon request for an additional premium paid add-on fee.
What do you need from me before production begins?
Please provide your logo, brand colours or guidelines, website, key message, target audience, call to action, chosen orientation, and relevant references. Please also confirm your desired runtime and share any existing script, storyboard, concept, or preferred story flow.
Is voice-over included?
AI Voice-over is included in Standard and Premium when required. Basic is designed as a concise, music-and-visual-led teaser without voice-over. Please contact me before ordering if you require voice-over in Basic.
What does “Enhanced 2K” mean?
The Premium commercial receives additional enhancement, upscaling, and finishing for delivery in Enhanced 2K/QHD. Basic and Standard are delivered in Full HD 1080p.
Are there any specifications or limitations I should know about?
Yes. For product-focused Premium projects, please provide clear, high-quality product images, your logo, and any relevant app or website interface files and/or screen recordings, as applicable.
