I will set up your jira scrum board and sprint workflow

Have a product idea, a growing list of requests, or a messy Jira board? I will help you turn it into a clear, prioritized Agile backlog your team can actually use.

I will organize requirements into epics and user stories, write acceptance criteria, identify priorities, and recommend a practical order for delivery. Whether you are launching a new product, improving an internal process, or preparing for sprint planning, you will receive a backlog that gives your team clarity and direction.

I can work in Jira, Notion, Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred template.
