I build real-time 3D product configurators for the web: rotate the product, switch colour and material, watch the price update, in a browser tab with no plugin. On my last one I cut the 3D model from 16.7 MB to 2.4 MB with Draco compression, 86% smaller, which is what made it load on mobile data. Around that I am a full-stack Next.js developer (React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Stripe), so the 3D ships inside a working product page instead of arriving as a demo you still have to integrate.
