Do you run a small cafe or food stand and struggle to track what's selling and what's running low?
I build custom Python desktop apps that solve this: customers browse a visual menu, add items to a cart, and check out while the app automatically tracks ingredient stock in the background.
Products become "unavailable" automatically when stock runs low, and you get a daily report with sales, revenue, and remaining stock.
Note: this complements your fiscal cash register, it doesn't replace it.

Will this replace my cash register / fiscal system?
No. This app is a companion tool for order and inventory tracking, it doesn't issue fiscal receipts or process card payments. You'll still need your official cash register for legal sales recording.
Do I need coding knowledge to use the app?
No. You can update your stock quantities directly from the interface. No code editing required for daily use.
Does the stock persist between days, or reset each time?
By default, stock resets each time you start the app, ideal for single-day events or shifts. Persistent stock storage (saved between sessions) is available as a custom add-on, message me for details.
Can I customize the menu with my own products and prices?
Yes, all packages include full menu customization, your products, prices, and recipes (ingredients used per product).
What exactly will I receive after delivery?
You'll receive a ready-to-run application (just double-click to open, no installation needed), along with the full Python source code. Please let me know your operating system (Windows or Mac) before ordering, so I can prepare the correct version for you.
Is the interface available in English?
Yes! The demo shown is in Romanian, but all text, labels, and messages can be fully translated to English (or any language you prefer) as part of your order, just let me know in the requirements.
