As your social media manager, I will:

- Create a plan of action that includes what to post & when, best suited to your audience, working with your brand guidelines and resources to finalise this strategy & content
- Deliver this content to schedule while also creating traffic to both your socials and final URL
- Provide you with support and advice at every step of your service
- Create traffic-based or lead-based adverts to drive results if needed
How I'll Deliver
After a strong initial consultation & evaluation, I communicate via Fiverr and Zoom to decide on tone & content moving forward, as well as campaign ideas. A week's worth of content is then planned & approved with my clients before we schedule for the week ahead & move on to day management tasks, including adverts.

What social media channels do you cover?
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and Pinterest
What does advert work entail and is it include in the package price?
For all our clients our package price includes the implementation, creation and reporting of all adverts, we will create your target sets, imagery, copy and then manage your separate social media advert budget for you!
Do you set you my channels if they are not in place?
We do indeed! We will also guide you through setting up Facebook Business Manager account to ensure all your pages are correctly set up.
How many times can we touch base?
Communication is preferred daily through our WhatsApp groups (if needed) and I'm available to zoom for my clients depending on schedule and projects.
Is all design work included?
Yes! We like to have access to available assets through a shared folder system, but from there we will use these (or available stock images) to edit and create your branded content.
How many posts a week will I receive?
This is more tied to things such as your current audience size, etc, however for our basic package we look to post 3 times a week, and from packages upwards anything from 4-5 times a week to daily posting (if your account needs it!)
Do you do any organic growth techniques on client accounts?
Yes we do! For all my clients we find Facebook groups that are relevant and share weekly to these groups, we also interact with accounts, follow relevant accounts and engage as much as possible to create a stead organic stream of traffic!
Where are you based?
Right in the middle of the United Kingdom in a delightful little place called Stourbridge, famous for glass and around 20 minutes away from our 2nd capital city Birmingham! Feel free to drop into my office anytime!
Do you outsource work?
Never. All work is carried out and led by myself, and I have an in office team that help me support me with design, research, accounts and more. Your work is always handled by myself at every stage.
