Most VICIdial "experts" have read the manual. I ran a call center on VICIdial - campaigns, agents, DIDs, compliance, and the reports that told me whether we were making money.
IMPORTANT: I install and configure VICIdial on the CLIENT'S OWN server only (your VPS or dedicated box). I do not provide, host, or resell hosted VICIdial service.

FAQ
Do you need access to my server?
Usually yes — VICIdial admin access (URL and user) is fastest. If your policy doesn't allow it, we can do a screen-share session instead and I'll walk your admin through every change.
My dialer "works" but our connect rate is terrible. Can you help?
That's the most common job I get. Low connect rates usually come from AMD settings, dial ratio, list recycling rules, or carrier/caller-ID problems — not from the agents. I'll find which one it is and tell you straight.
Can you set up inbound too, not just outbound?
Yes — DIDs, IVR menus, queues, agent routing and after-hours handling. Include it in your message and I'll scope it.
Do you provide the server, carrier or phone numbers?
No — I work on your existing setup with your carrier. If you don't have one yet, tell me and I'll point you to what I've used, at no charge.
Do you speak Spanish?
Native. If your agents are in Latin America I can train them and write the scripts in Spanish too.
