Rejection often starts early. A child who feels ignored, criticized, or left out can grow up carrying this unnecessary trauma.


For many adults, this trauma shows up as hesitation: freezing before approaching someone important, staying quiet around someone you're attracted to, or avoiding opportunities in case the answer is "no."


Imagine feeling calmer and more at ease in those moments, and able to take the first step because you want to. That's the experience my session aim to support.


I will connect with you remotely to heal your rejection trauma, with the intention of supporting calm, self-worth, and confidence.

  • Feelings of rejection and not being enough
  • Fear of approaching people or opportunities


How it works:


  1. There's no preset time limit. I work on the rejection trauma until I sense the session is complete. It won't be cut off at 30 minutes. The goal is to give the work the time it needs, not to fit it into a fixed window.
