FAQ
What counts as one layout issue?
One issue is one specific problem, such as a button slipping off-screen on your homepage. If the same problem appears on several pages, send me the links so I can check whether they share a template.
What if the problem only happens on my phone?
Send the page link, a screenshot, and the phone and browser you used. Tell me what you were trying to do so I can test the same action.
Do you need access to my WordPress website?
A public page link and screenshot are usually enough for an initial look. If I need access to make the fix, I’ll let you know what permissions to give a temporary WordPress account.
Can you fix an issue on an Elementor or WooCommerce page?
I can help with visible layout problems, such as a section that overlaps in Elementor or an image that overflows on a product page. For checkout errors or plugin problems, message me before ordering so I can check the scope.
What does a revision cover?
A revision is an adjustment to the agreed fix. For example, if the corrected button needs a little more spacing, I can adjust it. A separate issue can be quoted on its own.
