Is web scraping legal?
I only scrape publicly accessible data and respect each site's robots.txt and terms of service. I won't scrape login-protected personal data, copyrighted content for resale, or anything that violates a site's terms - I'll tell you upfront if your request crosses that line.
Can you scrape data from any website?
Most sites, yes - but some use heavy anti-bot protection (CAPTCHAs, IP blocking) that can make scraping slower or infeasible. Send me the URL before ordering and I'll confirm it's doable.
What format will I receive the data in?
CSV, JSON, or Excel - let me know your preference, or I'll default to CSV.
Do you need login access to scrape a site?
Only if the data is behind a login you have legitimate access to. I won't scrape data requiring credentials I'm not authorized to use.
Can I request a custom number of pages or fields not listed in your packages?
Yes - message me with details and I'll either point you to the right extra or send a custom offer.
Will the scraper work if the website changes its layout later?
One-time scrapes deliver the data as of when I run it. If you need a scraper that keeps working long-term or runs on a schedule, let me know - that's something we can scope separately.
How fast can you deliver?
