Send me the spreadsheet nobody wants to open. I clean it by writing code, not by hand-editing cells, so every change is recorded and repeatable.
What that looks like: duplicates resolved with stated rules, dates and phone numbers in one format, categories reconciled, blanks resolved by rules we agree on, sources merged on real keys. The script that did the work ships with your order. Run it yourself and you get the same result.
Every delivery includes a validation report: row counts in and out, what was removed and why, uniqueness and range checks on the columns that matter.

What formats do you take?
CSV, Excel, JSON, and database dumps. If it opens as text, I can work with it. Google Sheets too, via export or view access.
Do you use AI tools on my data?
No. Your data is processed locally by code I write and review. Nothing is pasted into chatbots.
My file has sensitive information. How do you handle it?
Files stay on my machine and are never shared. Once you confirm delivery I wipe them if you ask. Happy to sign an NDA for Standard and Premium orders.
What if the cleanup rules aren't obvious?
I send you the judgment calls before applying them: a short list of here is the conflict, here are the options. You pick, I implement.
