What do you need to mix and master my song?
I need your stems (individual audio tracks) in 24-bit .WAV format.
How can I send the .WAV stems?
You can upload them via Fiverr, We Transfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox and send me the link.
What are .WAV stems?
.WAV Stems are the separate audio tracks in your project. For example, if your song has Vocals, Harmonies, Bass, Drums, Piano, and Guitar, you would have six stems.(one per instrument) These stems make it easier for me to individually organise the mix towards your song.
How do I create stems?
Exporting stems depends on your (Digital Audio Workstation). Message me with the DAW you're using, and I'll send you an easy, step-by-step guide to ensure your files are correctly prepared.
What format should my files be in?
I prefer 24-bit .WAV files, preferably dry (without any effects). Also, a Rough Mix is very helpful for understanding your vision!
How can I send you my files?
Export each track separately and at the same length (from the start of the song to the end). Make sure dithering is enabled before exporting. then, compress all files into a .ZIP or .RAR archive and upload via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox. Send me the link in a message!
Can I send you my DAW project files (Pro Tools, Logic, Albeton, FL Studio)?
No, do not provide me with the project files. I will only accept work with stems (audio tracks). Please export/render each track/stem separately (without effects) to ensure compatibility.
