FAQ
Does 7 days delivery mean I won't have my first call until after a week??
Not at all. The long delivery time is there so that you have time to book all your sessions with us before Fiverr marks the gig as late. Otherwise, we would have to constantly request you extend the delivery time. You're able to book your appointment as soon as there is a slot that works for you.
Why would I hire a coach?
People hire accountability coaches because they want to achieve more, want to grow, want it easier. It’s as simple as that. Coaches help a client get all three. To be a success you sometimes need a push from outside your circle of influence!
How do you track my goals/tasks?
We will keep track of them on our side. If you wish you share something like a Trello board with us or a spreadsheet during the call(s) we can work with that too.
What if I don't achieve my set goals?
Tut tut. We will talk about why you couldn't do them, reset that deadline and I will coach you on what you can do differently to achieve. Sometimes clients like to have penalties - but we will discuss that on your first call.
Will you be horrible to me if I don't achieve
No! This is about coaching and growing. If you don't achieve we will look at the reasons why and what you can do to avoid them again. This is a safe place - plus I'm quite a nice chap!
How are the calls done?
Everything is done via Zoom or Google Meet- this is the easiest way for us to see each other face to face. Camera shy? Well, don't worry you'll still be able to see us but works best if we can both see each other.
What happens if I miss our call?
Our coaches will wait for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time to meet - if you don't turn up you lose your slot and will lose one of the sessions that you've bought - consider it your first lesson in being accountable for your actions! ;)
Do I need to use Trello?
No, you use whatever works for you - Google Keep / Evernote / Todoist / Trello. If you want help finding something that works then we do offer courses of Trello, etc.
What is the 12-Week Program?
If you need help with planning, tracking and organising your life then the more intensive program is definitely for you! We have a team of coaches working around the globe and we'll find you the best coach to get you on track and getting productive. Ask for details!
What timezones can you cover?
Our coaches are based across the globe so can cover pretty much most time zones. If in doubt, please get in touch first.
