FAQ
What is the ideal resolution for the initial image I provide?
While I can work with various resolutions, a higher resolution image generally allows for better detailing in the final output. If you're unsure, feel free to upload what you have, and I'll assess it for suitability.
What file formats do you deliver for the redrawn designs?
I deliver the final designs in PNG (High Resolution/Transparent Background) and vector formats (.AI, .PDF, .EPS, .SVG), ensuring versatility for your printing needs
Can I request revisions after receiving the initial design?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the final result.
How long does it take to receive the ready-to-print files?
Turnaround time is typically fast, and it depends on the complexity of the project. I strive to deliver high-quality work promptly.
