FAQ
Will you break my site while cleaning it?
No. I back up your site first, work carefully on files and the database, and test your pages after the cleanup. If something looks wrong, I can restore from the backup I took.
Can you guarantee Google will remove the warning or the spam pages?
I cannot control Google's decisions, so I do not promise a specific result or date. I clean the site fully, prepare everything needed, and guide the Google review request. Once the site is clean, Google review is usually the final step.
Do you clean more than one site per order?
Each order covers one WordPress site. If you have several infected sites, use the "Additional site" extra or message me for a multi-site plan.
Is it safe to give you access to my site?
Yes, if you do it the right way. Create a separate temporary admin user for me, and delete it (and change your passwords) after delivery. I never need your main login, and I only keep the access for the length of the order.
Will the hack come back?
My goal is to remove the cause, not just the symptoms: backdoors, rogue admin users, and the vulnerable plugin or theme that let it in. No one can promise permanent protection, so I also include hardening steps and recommendations (higher tiers include a re-infection check).
