Listing flyers include:

• Cover Page
• Property Info Page with demographic highlights, property description, and optional co-tenants
• Property Photo Page(s) (Photos provided by client. Light editing to change signage included)
• Aerial with traffic counts, retailers and major area business (approx 1-2 mile)
• Shopping Center Zoom Aerial with property highlighted
• Site plan page(s) (Provided by client, light editing for clarity or to highlight spaces included)
• Demographics page with 1,3,5 mile demographics
