About this gig
I am a professional Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience in childrens book illustration and complete book design. My creative process begins with hand-drawn illustrations, which are refined digitally using Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to ensure vibrant, polished, and professional results.
After reading your manuscript, I create sample illustrations with typography to establish the visual style and narrative. The artistic direction, conceptualization, and final design decisions are entirely mine. Once approved, I move forward with the complete illustrated book: cover, back cover, internal illustrations, and professional layout. Typography, color palette, and graphic style are carefully selected to guarantee coherence and storytelling impact.
Final files are prepared in Adobe InDesign, optimized for both print and digital publishing, including Amazon KDP requirements. The logo and cover are created in Adobe Illustrator, and image retouching is done in Adobe Photoshop. At the final stage, AI is used only as a support tool to give a final touch of perfection to image placement, ensuring everything looks flawless under professional creative direction.professi
