Do I need to pay for AI usage?
Usually yes, a small amount. The bot runs on an AI provider that bills per use, and for most small businesses that’s a few dollars a month. I’ll set it up in your name so you own it, and I’ll explain the cost before we start.
Will it work on my website?
Almost certainly. If you can paste a small code snippet or install a plugin, it works. That covers WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and most custom sites. If you’re not sure, message me your site and I’ll check.
Can it hand off to a real person?
Yes. In the Business and Premium packages, the bot collects the visitor’s name, phone and email and sends you an alert, so you can follow up yourself.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website address and anything you want the bot to know that isn’t on the site, like a price list, FAQs, policies or service areas. I’ll send you a short questionnaire after you order.
Can I update the bot later?
Yes. You’ll get simple instructions for changing what it knows. Or add the Monthly Bot Tuning extra and I’ll keep it updated and send you a report.
