1. Drink plenty of water (Minimum 2L per day) 2. Detach from results 3. If you've always had problems getting results, I advice you to listen to a flush (that doesn't erase previous results) and listen to a subconscious blockage removal for one or two days before listening to the bundle.
Are there any topics that are off-limits?
