FAQ
1. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a branded store built on your chosen theme. Choose Standard for a conversion-focused store with custom Figma design. Choose Premium for a larger custom store with advanced ecommerce and upsell features. Message me before ordering if you are unsure.
2. What counts as one page and one product upload?
One page means one unique Shopify page or template, such as Home, Collection, Product, About or Contact. One standard product upload includes buyer-supplied content, pricing, images and up to five variants. A separately designed product layout counts as an additional template.
3. What if I need fewer or more products?
The packages include up to the stated number of products. If you have significantly fewer, contact me before ordering for a reduced custom offer. Additional products cost $25 each, or $200 for up to 10 products.
4. What do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide Shopify access, your logo and branding, product details, images, written content, required pages, preferred theme and example websites you like. I will send you a complete requirements checklist after ordering.
5. Do you create a custom design or use a Shopify theme?
Basic includes brand customisation using your chosen theme. Standard and Premium can include Figma design before Shopify development. Any paid theme must be purchased and licensed by the client.
6. Will I be able to edit my Shopify store later?
Yes. Your store will be built using Shopify’s editable theme system wherever possible. You will be able to update products, images, text, collections and standard sections without coding.
7. Do you provide the domain, Shopify plan, theme or paid apps?
No. The client purchases the domain, Shopify subscription, paid theme and paid-app licences. I can connect the client-owned domain and configure the agreed theme and applications.
8. Do you provide SEO, copywriting, logos and graphics?
Packages include foundational on-page SEO and the upload of buyer-supplied assets. Original copywriting, logo design, custom graphics, advanced keyword research, backlinks and ongoing SEO are available separately.
9. Is your price negotiable, and what do revisions include?
Prices reflect the selected scope and design complexity. Smaller or larger projects can receive a custom offer before ordering. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed design, not a complete change of direction or additional functionality.
10. Do you provide support after the order is completed?
Yes. I provide 30 days of support for defects directly related to my delivered work. New products, pages, design changes, third-party app issues and additional functionality are quoted separately.
