No, I type manually all audio and video files by listening to them. I have been doing transcription for more than 20 years and I have never used any AI software or web service for this, because I never compromise on the quality and accuracy of the transcript.
In which format you will provide final transcript?
I will provide all final transcripts in MS Word format. If you need, I can also provide you the transcripts in PDF format without any extra charges.
How can I send you the audio or video files that need to be transcribed?
You can use any of the free cloud storage services to send me your audio or video files (like Google Drive, OneDrive, Drobox, etc.). Just upload your audio or video files to any of these cloud storage services and share with me the link from where I can download them.
