What counts as 'one issue' in the Basic package
One webhook, one API call, or one isolated bug something traceable to a single root cause. If it turns out to be multiple unrelated issues, I'll flag it and re-scope before continuing.
What if the bug is bigger than it looks once you're inside the code?
This happens more than people admit. I diagnose first, then send you a clear breakdown what's actually wrong, what it'll take to fix, and updated cost/time if it exceeds the original scope. Nothing proceeds without your go-ahead.
What if my issue doesn't fit neatly into a package?
Message me before ordering. I'd rather scope it correctly upfront than deliver something that technically matches the package but doesn't solve your real problem.
How do you actually debug a webhook issue?
I trace the full chain: trigger event → Shopify's delivery log → endpoint response code → server-side handling → downstream action. Most "random" failures are one broken link in that chain, not something mysterious.
Will you tell me why it broke, or just fix it silently?
Always the former. A fix without a root-cause explanation just means it breaks again later and you're back to square one usually paying someone else to find what I already found
What happens if Shopify updates their API and breaks this again later?
I build with version resilience in mind where possible, but Shopify does deprecate API versions. If that happens post-delivery, message me depending on timing it may fall under support or a small follow-up fix.
What exactly do I receive at the end?
Working integration/fix + a plain-language explanation of what was done + relevant code or config access. Premium tier includes documentation and a walkthrough video.
