About this gig

I turn your supplied text and prices into a simple, neatly formatted menu or price list. You receive a PDF for sharing and an editable version for future changes.

Please send your final text, prices and a sample of the style you want. We will agree on the layout and scope before starting. The work is formatting supplied content, not writing or translating it.

Basic package: one A4 page, up to 6 items and 3 sections, using a simple text-based layout. Delivery: 3 days. Includes one minor correction round for your supplied text and prices within the agreed layout.

You receive one PDF and a self-contained editable HTML file. The source file is HTML, not an Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop project.

Not included: translation, copywriting, logo design, photo editing, complex branding, interactive ordering, editing an unknown existing PDF, print-shop colour management, or PDF/A/PDF/UA certification. Extra pages, more items or a layout redesign require a separate scope agreement.

My portfolio example is a demonstration project with fictional names and prices, not a client order.

I help make your tables and lists clear and consistent: remove duplicate entries, tidy up unwanted spaces, and fill empty fields according to your instructions. Your original file stays unchanged, and you receive a separate cleaned copy. I also create simple, neatly formatted menus and price lists from your text and prices, with a PDF and an editable version for future changes. Send a sample and your requirements so we can agree on the scope before starting.
