What do I need to get started?
I need the details of your project (including any references you like us to use), the style you are looking for and any brand guidelines you have. If you have any problems placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
What services do you provide?
I am a UI/UX designer offering new website design, website redesign, and custom UI elements for websites, mobile apps, and desktop applications. All of my work is done in Figma and will be sent to you as a Figma file with very structured layers for easy development.
What files will I receive with your service?
The final designs for your project will be delivered to you in the form of a Figma file. The Figma file will include all of the designed elements, the individual elements will be laid out in the correct structure, so that the developer can easily put the pages together for you. In what formats do you work?
I work primarily with Figma but also have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Please ask me if you need to work with other file formats.
How is the contact made on the platform?
As described in point 1, Fiverr is a platform where we can message back and forth before ordering the gig, and then message back and forth after ordering the gig to send files and to track the order.
Do you provide revisions?
We provide 2-4 revisions depending on the selected package to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for the completed design.
Do you offer website development (coding)?
As for your question, no. My work is UI/UX design only, however the designs I produce are very structured and work well with developers to produce a brilliant website that meets your needs.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes, I can also redesign your current website. I would analyze your current website, suggest improvements, provide an enhanced user experience and higher conversion rates with a fresh new design.
How long does the design process take?
Delivery time for a design is generally within 3 days for a basic design, 5 days for a standard design, and 7 days for a premium design. However, I do offer an extra fast delivery option should you require it sooner!
Can I request additional pages after the order is placed?
Yes, extra pages can be added by purchasing them as a Gig Extra. Alternatively, an offer can be made to complete the extra pages for you.
