FAQ
Which KPIs can you track in the dashboard?
Any KPIs you need — sales targets, revenue, conversion rates, headcount, expenses, or operations metrics. Just tell me what you track and I'll build the dashboard around your exact data and goals.
Do I need any special Excel version or skills to use it?
Excel 2016 or later works fine. No advanced skills needed — I build dashboards that anyone on your team can use. I include a short usage guide with every delivery so you're confident from day one.
Can the dashboard update automatically when I add new data?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include dynamic charts and slicers that refresh as your data changes. The Premium package adds Power Query and VBA so reports update in one click — no manual work needed.
What file format do you need from me to get started?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or Google Sheets export works perfectly. If your data is messy or unstructured, no problem — I'll clean and organize it as part of the project before building your dashboard
Can I request changes after the dashboard is delivered?
Yes — all packages include revisions. If something needs adjusting after delivery, just let me know and I'll fix it quickly. Premium buyers also get 24-hour priority support for any post-delivery questions.
