I have more than 5 years of experience processing loans. I can do everything from pre-qualifications to closings. Taking applications, collecting documents, Ordering Insurance & Title work, Inerviewing borrowers, Verifying employment & income, Issuing disclosures. I have alot of experience with UWM, Rocket Pro TPO, Orion Lending, AmWest Wholesale and more. I am fully familiar with LOS softwares like Arive, Clayx Point & LendingPad. Also know how to use DocuSign.
