Do you need my login details?
Yes — to fix your site I'll need WordPress admin access (and hosting/FTP access for some issues). You can share these securely once the order starts, and I recommend creating a temporary admin account you can delete after delivery.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I'll diagnose before we begin. If an issue turns out to be outside the scope of the package, I'll tell you upfront and we'll agree on the right approach — I won't start work and leave you stuck.
Will my site go down while you work?
No. I take a full backup before any change, and I work carefully on live sites. If a change carries any risk, I'll set up a staging copy first.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes — my Premium package is a monthly maintenance plan covering updates, backups, security, and unlimited small fixes. Great if you'd rather not worry about your site at all.
