Yes. I treat your data as strictly confidential, work only on the files you send, and delete working copies after delivery on request.
What if my data is in a CRM, not a spreadsheet?
Export it to CSV/Excel (most CRMs do this in one click) and send it to me. For the Premium package I can also advise on structuring it back into your CRM.
Can you enter data from scratch (not just clean it)?
Yes - message me with what you need entered and from what source, and I'll quote it.
How do you handle duplicates?
I identify them with matching rules (email, phone, name combinations), merge where safe, and list everything I merged or removed in the change report - nothing is deleted silently.
