I'll set up an AI assistant in ChatGPT or Claude that reads your SOPs, manuals or FAQs and answers from them. It shows which document each answer came from. When something isn't covered, it says so instead of making up an answer.

Before I hand it over, I test it with real questions your team might ask, usually 10 to 20 depending on the package. You'll see each question, the answer and whether it passed. My day job is in pharmaceutical production under GMP rules, where everything gets checked and documented. I bring that habit to every build.

You'll receive the instructions, your knowledge files, a few starter questions and a simple setup guide. You install it in your own account, so I never need your login.

It works well for small businesses, training teams and anyone whose staff keep asking about the same documents.
