How do I place an order for your service?
You can directly order any package as per your requirements or contact me for custom offer and 10% discount!
What do you need from me to get started for custom logo animation?
I’ll need your logo file in vector format (.AI, .EPS) or a high-resolution layered PSD. If possible, please also share any specific animation ideas, brand guidelines, or references you like. The clearer the input, the better the result!
I only have a JPG/PNG logo. Can you still animate it?
Yes. Please select "PNG-JPG to Vector Ai" gig extra while ordering. I'll convert your PNG or JPG logo to Vector Ai format.
Do you offer rush service for urgent projects?
Yes, you can purchase Extra-Fast delivery gig extra while placing the order. Standard delivery time is 24-48 hours.
Will the animation include sound effects or background music?
Sound effects and background music are included in the ROCK STAR (Startup) and SUPER STAR (Business) packages. If you choose the Basic KICK STAR (Personal) package and want Music/SFX, you can add it separately as a Gig Extra.
Do you offer Instagram/Tiktok Vertical Version
Yes, horizontal 16:9 version is included with all packages. If you need 9:16 vertical video for Instagram/Tiktok, you can purchase Insta/Tiktok gig extra while placing the order. If you don't need horizontal 16:9 version and only need vertical 9:16 version, I'll include it for free.
Will I receive the source project files?
Yes, the After Effects (.AEP) source file is included in the Premium SUPER STAR (Business) package. If you need it with other packages, you can add it as an extra during checkout.
Will I get a transparent background animation?
Absolutely! If you need your animated logo with a transparent background (MOV or GIF), it’s available in the ROCK STAR (Startup) and SUPER STAR (Business) package, you can add it separately as a Gig Extra. Just mention it when placing the order!
What if I need revisions?
I make art which is to each person’s taste. I offer unlimited free revisions because I want you to be 100% happy with the final result. Your satisfaction is my priority!
Can I use the animation commercially?
Absolutely. All packages include commercial use rights so you can use the animation on platforms like YouTube and ads.
