What is UX writing and how does it benefit my website or mobile app?
UX writing is a technical practice that carefully considers your audience's contexts, needs, and behaviors. Quality UX writing crafts elegant conversations between your users and your product, improving usability and engagement, and increasing conversions and retention.
How do you ensure your microcopy is consistent with my brand voice?
UX writing is a collaborative process. So, I work closely with you to understand your brand voice and conduct research to ensure relevancy for your target audience and industry. I also work with your product designers and developers to help build a great product. Lastly, I do offer revisions.
How do you measure the effectiveness of the microcopy you create?
UX writing is data-driven. As a trained UX writer, I use a variety of methods to test the effectiveness of my writing e.g. user testing, analytics, and feedback surveys. Common metrics include churn, satisfaction, task completion time, error, navigation, search, and feature adoption.
