My workflow is stuck. Can you fix it without rebuilding everything?
Usually yes. Most stuck work items come from agent determination, binding or a container error. I analyse the log in SWI1 and fix the cause inside your existing workflow instead of starting over.
Do you need access to my SAP system?
For workflow work, yes. A developer user on your DEV or QA system is needed to build and test in SWDD. I never work directly in production and I always deliver through a proper transport request.
Can you connect the workflow to email or Fiori inbox?
Yes. Work items can be sent as SAPoffice or external email notifications, and the approval can be done from the SAP Business Workplace or the My Inbox Fiori app. Tell me which one your users prefer.
