1. Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. It works like simple forms: search a patient, add a visit, print a bill. I include a short video guide that shows each step, so your staff can start on day one.
2. Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in any phone, tablet or computer browser, so doctors and the front desk can use it from anywhere in the clinic.
3. Which package should I choose?
Basic is for patient records and visit history. Standard adds appointments, billing, receipts and a daily income report. Premium adds multiple doctors, prescription printing, staff roles and extra reports. Message me if you’re unsure.
4. Can you add my existing patient list?
Yes. Premium includes this. For Basic and Standard, add the Content upload extra and send me your list from Excel or a register. I will enter it for you.
5. Is my patients’ data safe?
Each person gets their own login, and each role sees only what you allow. The data is stored in a protected database. If your area has special rules for medical records, tell me before ordering.
6. Is hosting included?
I deliver a working system. To have it put online for you, add the Hosting setup extra and I will do it. Hosting provider costs, if any, are separate and I explain them first.
7. Do I get the source code?
Do I get the source code? A7: Premium includes the source code. For Basic and Standard, you can add the Include source code extra.
8. Do I get support after delivery?
Yes. I fix any problems for 7 days after delivery at no extra cost. For later changes or new features, you can order a small extra.
