I build native follow-up workflows in ONE chosen platform: GoHighLevel, Keap/Infusionsoft or Ontraport.
I'm Arif, an independent CRM consultant with 12+ years of CRM experience since 2014. I handle your implementation personally.
Using your final copy and existing templates, I can connect email follow-up with tags, fields, internal notifications and pipeline updates where your plan supports them.
Basic: 1 flow, 5 actions total, up to 1 email per flow.
Standard: up to 3 flows, 15 actions total, up to 2 emails per flow.
Premium: up to 5 flows, 25 actions total, up to 3 emails per flow, plus field map and handoff.
Emails are optional and count as actions. Each delay, condition and branch step also counts. All packages include agreed synthetic tests and setup notes.
No account setup, custom APIs, external integrations, data/payment migration, copywriting, template design or complex membership builds. Software and messaging fees are yours.

FAQ
Does a package include all three CRMs?
No. Choose one GoHighLevel, Keap/Infusionsoft or Ontraport account. I build the agreed workflows in that account using native features available on your plan. Multiple CRMs, subaccounts or migrations need a separate quote.
What counts as a workflow or action?
A workflow is one agreed process with one entry trigger. An action is each configured step after it. Delays, conditions and every step on each branch count separately. Action limits are totals across the package. Each extra entry trigger counts as another workflow.
How many emails and forms are included?
Email caps per flow: Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3. Emails are optional and count as actions; internal-only flows are fine. You supply final copy and an existing template. One existing native form may trigger a scoped flow. No form/template design, external integrations or bulk sends.
How will you test the workflows?
I use synthetic contacts and agreed normal and exception cases, then document what passed, what could not be verified and any dependencies. Live activation requires your approval. Testing does not guarantee inbox placement, sales or future third-party behavior.
What do you need from me?
Your CRM/plan, written process, trigger and outcome, existing fields/tags/templates, final copy and test criteria. Provide a temporary user invite with the minimum permissions needed. Do not send passwords, API secrets, payment details or 2FA codes in requirements or chat.
What is a revision, and what is the Premium handoff?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope and action limit, not a new workflow or CRM. Premium adds a map of fields used in the included workflows and a recorded walkthrough up to 15 minutes. Extra scope or ongoing support needs a separate quote.
What is not included in these packages?
Custom APIs/code, third-party integrations, data or payment migration, account setup, copywriting, form/template design, complex membership builds and ongoing management are excluded. You pay software, email/SMS and other provider fees. Larger projects need a separate quote.
