Can you guarantee that I will come first in my age group?
Because everyone is so different and I have no clue what other runners are capable of doing, I can not guarantee that you will win your age group. However, I can promise that if you stick to your training and work your hardest, you will improve with every race you do.
Will I have to run the entire race?
Absolutely not! Most plans feature a walk/run training cycle, in the hopes that you will be read to run the entire race. However, it's important to listen to your body. If you need to walk to a bit, that's okay. Just try to run more than you walk.
Does this package cover my race registration?
The package you purchase will prepare you for the race of your choice. You will need to register for the race, via the race website.
