Any format works AutoCAD (.dwg), Revit (.rvt), PDF plans, or even scanned drawings. The clearer the drawings, the faster and more accurate the quantities. Feel free to message me before ordering and I will confirm suitability.
Can you work from architectural drawings only (no structural drawings)?
Yes. I can estimate structural quantities from architectural drawings by applying standard assumptions. I will clearly note any assumptions made so you can review them.
Do you apply local unit rates or market prices?
I can apply rates based on your region or rates you provide. Alternatively, I deliver quantities only (QTO) and you apply your own pricing — whichever suits your workflow.
How accurate is the BOQ?
My estimates typically fall within ±5% of site quantities when working from complete drawings. Accuracy depends on drawing quality and completeness, I will flag any gaps before finalizing.
Can you handle large or phased projects?
Yes. For large projects I recommend contacting me first so we can agree on scope, phasing, and a custom quote if needed. I handle everything from single villa foundations to high-rise towers.
