Why don't you offer testimonials?
False testimonials are strictly against FTC law and make me personally uncomfortable. Stating that..."this serum made me look 10 years younger" is false and cannot be reasonably verified by a consumer prior to purchase.
Can you make false claims?
Absolutely not. I will not state that I am a licensed practitioner or anything that I cannot reasonably back up with truth. This goes against FTC law and consumer care. Inconsequential roles such as a "member of the marketing team here at X company" is okay.
Can my company alter or replicate your video using AI?
The video delivered is licensed for use only in the format and context in which it is delivered. My likeness, voice, or performance may not be altered, replicated, or used to create new videos using AI or any other method without my prior written consent.
What videos will you NOT do?
