What files do I need to send?
In general terms, we would need you to indicate the areas that you consider potential for your project, attach 2D drawings (.dwg), sketches, PDF; 3D model if you have it (.max .obj .skp .fbx); visual specifications for renderings such as colour, material, texture, furniture, etc.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. If there is something you are not satisfied with, we would of course like to hear from you. Together we will look for a suitable solution. In the process, we offer up to 3 revisions.
Which software do you use?
We use a wide variety of programs, mainly Autocad, Archicad, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Lumion and After Effects.
Is the design process included in the price?
The price only includes the walkthrough video according to a design provided by the customer. The design service is considered an extra which can be discussed separately.
Do I need to contact you before I place an order?
