1. The finished artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and agreed upon beforehand. You may use your commissioned artwork for personal uses and other similar non-commercial purposes.
2. My artwork is strictly not to be used for AI training or any machine-learning purposes in whole or in part. This includes but is not limited to image generation models. Purchasing a commission does not grant you the right to use it for these purposes under any circumstances.
3. I as the artist retain full copyright over all artwork created. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation. I reserve the right to post the finished piece to my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in advance, I respect your decision.
