Do you use WordPress?
No. I code everything from scratch in Next.js. It's more work for me but you end up with a site that's faster and doesn't break when a plugin updates.
Can you fix or redesign my existing site?
Yes. Send the URL in a message first. I'll take a look and tell you straight whether it needs a rebuild or just fixes. Sometimes the honest answer is "keep what you have."
Who owns the site after delivery?
You do. Code, hosting account, everything. I set it up, hand over the keys, and you're not tied to me for anything ongoing unless you want to be.
